I've previously had 401k's with Fidelity & Vanguard while working for 2 different employers. My 401k admin @ new job is now Morgan Stanley. I've googled, Binged...everything & cannot find anything talking about the perils of keeping separate 401k's (you know, spreading my eggs over multiple baskets?) besides words of caution about fees or it being hard to manage. Cut to the mustard for me. I need to find something that talks about losing out on compound interest. Is that a peril or what? Is it just that much common sense that I cannot find ANYTHING on the topic?
