Is it possible for any fund to have no expenses to be in the fund? The 1 year return on this fund was about 4% but how does this fund make any money if they have no expenses passed on to the people investing into the fund?

Fund like these make over 2% in profits via spread, they have lobbied the DOL successfully to enable them to hide these excessive fees.
