plus they promise me 4$ the hour when I Apply and they paid me way less then that.

that´s because Mego Networks services 5 interpreting companies and they control the local market. he told me that when Networkomni was here he offered hire rates but he is his own competition so it doesnt make sense.i love that i work there eventho they dont pay much i love what i do i study for it so im ok with it. either way its alot more than what other companies pay in Peru.

if you dont like it so much why dont you quit and get another job?, you should.there other jobs there that pay less but have horrible enviroments. at least here they pay little but they treat us right. i feeel ok there. its not the best place to work but it does its purpose.

HI, I'm the Human Resources and recruiter for Megonetworks, I'm the one who gives the rates, I have never offered 4 dollars to anyone so Pablo is not saying the truth, I'm almost sure he has never applied here, he's just someone who likes to waist time misinforming potential applicants, otherwise he should demostrate what he is saying is true. Megonetworks is a new company, a fusion between two companies and I can assure you that the people that work here are treated very well and are informed of all our conditions at the begining of the pipeline, if there is anyone that feels different about this my office is open and you can come and tell me your worries personaly.

Well I’ve noticed many ads from MN before and they offered 4$ the hour and planilla witch is not true.

That was some time ago when Megonetworks Inc. was another company, we are now 2 companies and the name is Megonetworks SAC, even the owners are different now, and we do have "planilla" (payroll) but our rates are set according to our clients demand and it begins at 3/h and goes up in time according to upgrades and preformance.
