I'm laughing remembering when Polsoie, Reid, and Lib Media Scoffed and said who are theses Tea people trying to Make little of it.

I went to check it out 9/12 D.C. March to see whats up with the "Tea People" Surprisingly I met many Moderate Dem's and Independents like my self there..

I thought Dam, all these people came on there own DIME. Neighborhoods renting there Own Buss etc. There was a Black man making a Killing Selling American flags on the curb of Pennsylvania ave..

NOT one person made a negative comment towards him NOT ONE as I stood there hovering to see how this all went down...

My real Opinion is we may have another Political Party thats growing in the 100 of thousands that will replace the Current Republicans party as you know it. I will guarantee that if both Republicans and Tea people combine they may be unstoppable...

Personally I Like the Tea people because of there INDEPENDENCE of setting old/new standards. The "Watch Dogs"

Me actually being Independent I can relate to them.

Whats really cool about them is the don't GIVE a DAM that much about Political Parties as long as GOOD old Americans Standards are kept in tack.

Constitution is a Biggie for them. Having More Rights then a criminal is a biggie. NOT enabling people and WORK as Americans, Beside Americans, and calling oneself Americans FIRST as the "Untied States". They HATE the Special Titles African, Spanish. Latino etc Americans. Thats NOT uniting America. Its Splitting it apart more and more...

One thing for sure they are VERY EDUCATED People in Mass. Even the Kids are With it and know whats going on in Washington..

Ive seen the Bad Changes in this country for the past 50 years and were mathematically loosing it and WONT be the most powerful Richest Country on the Planet.

What confusing people is the "TEA People" are NOT Republicans or other parties. They are a MIXED Group that at the BASE Level, Agree on certain Fundamental Standards that America should not waver from. Its wild.. they are as mixed in religion as they are in Political parties...

They feel the Country is giving its self away.

justthefacts, you have grasped the true meaning of the tea party. It's refreshing to read your comments regarding a MOVEMENT that has all the earmarks of becoming a sort of "second coming" of our Founding Fathers.

I read with unbridled amusement the column that spoke of politicians "whistling past the graveyard". Also, I wonder what the progressives among us hope to accomplish even if we let them have their "wilsonlike" way. There would be nothing left for them and the rest of us too.

The Tea Party needs a grassroots message sent to congress by way of good old fashion letter writing protest and this is the perfect tool.

Send Congress a message they will remember!

Remind them that The Constitution was written in a way such that "the average" educated American would clearly understand its meaning.

Remind them that ignoring it has grave consequences for them in November!
