Is this a heavy or light rail project?

Local commutes should not be a heavy rail thing.

And at some point, Philly needs to expand on the hub and spoke plan and start to include the wheel.

If you want to go from Norristown to Bensalem, you shouldn't need to go to downtown Philly first.
