Sue this owner, turn him over to the IRS, and call the Texas Rangers and have them investigate the Director of the park and Klegburg County individual who called this towing company, file a complaint with the state attorney general and call the National Director over this area parks and list this guys towing charges and ask for the parks director resignation.
