Another inept decision by the far-Right majority on this very biased and reactionary Court. Until we can start to replace some of the Righties on the USSC, we're going to continue to get unConstitutional decisions like this one.

A land-transfer of the land immediately around the cross is more of a fraud against the public and the public lands it still sits inside than anything else. TOo bad the Court couldn't figure this out.
