The GGNRA has made these promises before and here we are today with nothing to show for it. It appears as though the DRA attorneys have been rope-a-doped once again. The result: the GGNRA has bought itself more do-nothing time and the DRA attorneys get their inflated fees. They both are the winners here. The losers: disabled park goers and the taxpayers who fund this folly. Are we ever going to learn?
