Historic Gettysburg structure could be spared
A federal magistrate judge has recommended that Gettysburg's Cyclorama Center be saved from demolition, a move that could change the government's plan to revamp Gettysburg National Military Park.

That old Cyclorama center is an eyesore that should never have been put on that piece of grount to begin with. It's design never fit in with the landscape and as long as it stands it defiles a part of the battlefield that was heavily engaged and desperatly needs to be restored to preserve the dignity of the field and the sooner the better.
This is just another example of a judge that is sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. I'd pay a hundred dollars myself to swing the first hammer when time comes to tear it down. It stickes out like an old tin can on a fresh cut lawn. Maybe the judge would want it in his yard but please get it out of the park.
