"The investigation involved federal, state and local agencies."

WHERE was the fing government investigation of those bastards (banks) who STOLE our tax dollars through their self appointed PONZI SCHEME (TARP)????

Not a SINGLE INDICTMENT, yet our government wants to crucify those who grow plants....

While I do not endorse smoking marijuana, perhaps a well regulated control of cultivation and distribution of the drug would reduce demand from Mexico for illegal marijuana and take the profit out of the illegal cultivation and distribution, and reduce body counts from the Mexican drug wars.

Legalize it, decriminalize it and end the Drug War on OUR own People and thus take the Profit out of it for the Criminals.... It was only made illegal because Dupont wanted to put nylon rope on the market and Hearst couldn't compete with them for his Logging concerns... Lies told early on to get their way and now look at how many people are dead today because of Big Business wanting to make a profit....

They will only legalize it when the corporations figure out how to monopolize it. The biggest anti drug group is the Distiled Spirits Councel.

I'm sure they can find a way to profit. If it's legalized in the US then soon afterward liquor stores will be selling "Jack and a Joint" combos.

Sure. But the stuff that the cops sell is not half as good as the stuff the growers sell. The cops charge too darn much and the product is dry and not well taken care of.

I try to never buy from the police because I support our local marijuana growers. Only when my usual connection runs out. I always feel bad when I buy from a cop...Kinda dirty like I have broken the law or something. I know it is strange but I guess I am just an old fashioned kind of guy.
