Paterson's Great Falls park development starts with facelift above falls [video]
Over the next 14 months, potholes, dilapidated steps and rusted chain-link fences in the Mary Ellen Kramer Park surrounding the Falls will be replaced with smoothened pathways, new trees and benches, said Darren Boch, superintendent of the park.
