"There was a wide consensus that 2013 would be the year Congress passed immigration reform legislation."

Wide consensus on amnesty by illegal aliens but not by Americans. If illegal aliens put as much energy into improving their country they wouldn't be here begging for welfare and table scraps.

Illegal aliens can't run a country so they flee it by the millions. They bring that same bad decision making here along with their crime and disease.
