Many villages in Mexico have little access to electricity and they have survived.
We must demand that electricity be limited to four hours per day in LA County residences. We must adapt to the dramatically devalued future in support of killing Big Coal and Big Oil. We must do all possible to force Businesses to relocate to other States to increase unemployment. Only this action will force middle class families to abandon California which is certain to reduce our "carbon footprint".
