It was put into law to cover the 10 billion deficit run up by Bush.
Bush who was handed a budget surplus and turned it back into a budget deficit.
yes and "Obama" went ahead and spent billions more. What exactly do you blame for all the deficit besides "Bush" did it? Because if you know how to count you'll see he had plenty of help from democrats. Mrs. Clinton comes to mind. As long as Obama is the sitting president we can talk about what's still going on, regardless of the empty promise that he would be a "change" from the traditional beltway politician.

<quoted text>Thanks for your help. The 40% of Americans that are in the -9.1% Tax Rate appreciate folks like you so they can continue to drain the system.
That refers to 40% of "Income Earners" but that 40% only earn before taxes peanuts considering the income pie in America :
those are the lower end of the income scale to the 40% mark earns from 1.5% to 14.1% of all income generated in America.

In comparison those in the top 20% of income earners in America split more than 50% of all income generated in America.

Which makes sense considering the Federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour while American corporations are turning record profits when workers in America believe the Economy to be slow.

Bush drove the car off the road and into a tree on the other side of a ditch.

It costs money to tow the car to the shop.

It costs money to head off a recession, Shug.

Clinton handed Bush the company credit card. The USA owed the credit card company money. Clinton was paying off the minimum payment plus more, at a rate that would have paid off the debt in roughly ten years.

Bush took the card, said we don't need to make any further payments on the debt, and then he decided that he could stop collecting the money needed to pay off the debt.

And then he started spending using the credit card saying we didn't have to worry about the debt, that business would increase.

Gee... now what do you suppose happened to the debt?

Want to know what he "Changed"?

He changed Bin Laden from alive to dead.
He reversed Bush's idiotic stem cell research ban.
He signed the Equal Pay Act and changed our male dominated pay scale.
He signed Healthcare into law and now instead of dying in the streets, people can go to the hospital.
The deficit is shrinking because the sequester put in place is cutting Gov. spending which his predecessor, Bush raised to record levels thanks to his dumbass wars and tax rebates.
He overhauled the stupid "No Child Left Behind" education plan that Bush, the uneducated idiot, put into place which as made our kids dumber and is now called "No child left a DIME".

Sorry if you don't like change.
Move to another country.
It's not rocket science, zippy.

The more they "drain" rich people of their ill-gotten gains, the better. It would be best if the rich joined the poor....LOL
