This is true. Im a Tennessee native and a semi resident in New York through business (and sometimes other places) and Tennessee is definitely an affordable state for fixed income. In Tennesse elderly will be able to house and feed themselves and take care of themselves medically. In New York from what I see its one or the other because its so expensive. Also the taxes in Tennessee are so low in comparison. Although Im Brigitte Grisanti New York semi resident I will retire in Tennessee for sure.
