Is the defendant a doctor?
In Oregon we have a defendant with a name almost the same who has charges being pursued in Oregon court against him from Australia.
I believe it is an extradition proceeding.
Man accused of hitting dad pleads not guilty
A 57-year-old Foster City man accused of hitting his 81-year-old father in the head with a hammer pleaded not guilty during his arraignment Tuesday in San Mateo County Superior Court.
