A tough turf decision

I'm anxiously awaiting an environmental and health impact report prior to the "vote". Does anyone know the carbon dioxide conversion of natural grass to oxygen vs. synthetic turf to oxygen? Should water be our only concern? Put your $$ into catching the rainwater and watering during summer rather than converting an oxygenating filter for carbon dioxide to plastic and crumb rubber which will contaminate our water system.
I'm curious...If the "city" doesn't have enough playing fields to support the families, and schools are bursting at the seams, who is in charge of the feasibility studies for building more homes and condo's? See ya Monday! |
