Sequoia aims to boost image

Faced with increasing competition to retain teachers and attract students, Sequoia Union High School District officials are planning to spend $200,000 next year to boost the district's image.

So, Mr. Lewin, let's follow your logice through. You "save" $210,000 by not having to "pay" the charter school for 30 students. With this "savings" you pay $200,000 to market your schools. That means you have exactly $10,000 left to educate all 30 students that you convinced to come to your high schools! What a great idea! No wonder there are charter schools in your District.:)
