Palo Alto police arrested a woman Friday morning after she allegedly threw her underwear at a passing pedestrian.

wondering how I can go about finding the name of the institution where the woman was taken in article "woman threw her panties" as I have a missing person, 31, who is suffering from some anger issues and mental illness and likely could have been in that area at the time?
