Gang prevention focus of new police program
Shrinking budget or not, Mountain View is focusing on preventing gang activity and spending money to prove it.

Gangs are the reason why our youth is in such a bad shape. Crime, murder, shooting and drugs are all occupying the space of their minds. Over 75% of kids that I know these days smoke pot. It is going to be more popular that alcohol in the near future. Drugs are the source of gang activity so what needs to be done is stop the problem at its source.
