Can you tell us who voted against the ban?
I remember only Judy Kleinberg saying she was worried about not being able to accept a cup of coffee. What a joke. And she didn't want to offend her father who made generous donations to her campaigns. Such a polite councilwoman. I'd prefer an honest one.
Freebies long gone year after council adopts no-gift policy
In the first full year since Palo Alto City Council members banned themselves from receiving gifts, the freebies have officially dried up.
