Man jailed for pollution

People who pollute in Berkeley are going to jail. That's the message from the city's Toxic Management Division, which recently announced its second jail sentence in just six months for an industrial polluter.

I've known Frank for at least 15 years. His record of abuses goes far beyond the 7 years listed in this article and at multiple locations. Yes he may be a nice, but he also thinks he's above the law. I can hope he wakes for the sake of our bay.
