I don't know about prop 19 but after getting busted by Santee Sheriff's two months ago, my case got kicked by the judge cause the cops messed up. My lawyer even got the judge to order the cops to give most of my shit back. Love Prop 215!

For those who didn't know, that Canker calling himself "Ted Cruz" was a guest on Jay Leno show 11/08/2013.

Ted Cruz / tea party A.H. is aggressive, arrogant and abrasive and stupid. Being from Texas is like a fool crying fire.

Maybe old Ted could go back to Canada or Cuba where is realty from.

I didn't see TC last night. But, I do know somewhat of what he says. It's hard to understand why people would be so hateful about someone who is yelling "fire" when the house is burning down. I know you don't see it. But, in the end, you are going to have to live with the destructive consequences, just like the one's who are trying to warn you. The difference is, the TC's will be trying to help you, even though you were one of the people who let it happen. Continue to drink the cool aid and end up like Jamestown.

I think pot should be legalized for medical use only. People with a lot of pain, cancer, etc., should have the ability to use it if it helps them lead a more comfortable, pain free or dietary life.
That would be unwise, I think, given that cannabis is no more inebriating than alcohol, yet with *much less* bad secondary health effects. Alcohol can have bad social effect and leads to health issues for a big percentage of people. Nothing like that has been shown for cannabis. Only lies, propaganda, awful mistakes in logic and statistics.

Why do you think that they won't legalize it? No joke, real question. I think that all the research shows that it is not as harmful as alcohol. And all the down side of drug trafficking. The Feds still have it as a schedule I. Why? What do they get out of it? What is the logic? Do you have any answers?

I am for legalizing marijuana, but I have a few questions: what does driving impaired on marijuana really mean? If someone smokes (or swallows in pill form) it every night to get to sleep he/she will have it in his/her system when he/she drives the next day. In fact, marijuana stays in a person's body for a long time, almost two weeks after the last usage. If a cop does a UA on such a person, will that person be arrested and/or get their license suspended if marijuana is found in their system? I don't think people should smoke while they drive, but how is anyone going to determine whether someone is smoking while driving unless they actually see the person smoke it in their car. I don't think it's fair to arrest someone or suspend their license if they simply have the marijuana in their system from smoking it during a time when they're not driving especially if they use it medicinally. These are issues that need to be ironed out. In addition, can people travel with marijuana in their car? If marijuana is considered a medication for some people, why can't they travel with it like it was any other medication? Again, no smoking in the car, but someone shouldn't get into trouble for simply traveling with it if marijuana is legalized or they use it medicinally. More issues to solve. Good luck!!

In the 1960, I was hoping that cannabis would be legal in the 1970. In the 1970, I was hoping that it would be legal in the 1980. In the 1980, I was hoping that it would be legal in the 1990. In the 1990, I was hoping that it would be legal in the 2000. In the 2000, I was hoping that it would be legal in the 2010.
And it is! In Colorado and Washington!
There are progresses. I am hoping that it will be legal in 2020 :)

Since Anslinger to Obama, the scientific results are known, and ignored. By the media and the politics.

I think that it is hard to legalize cannabis because the lies and dishonesty in that matter have been too much enormous. There is a threshold of scandalousness beyond which the scandal cannot go through.
