The employees at this store need to be trained more on Customer Service and less on gawking. The entire time I was there (yes, PNG store along El Camino and Maria in Sunnyvale) I was surrounded by 3 of its dull and unenthusiastic employees as if I had plans on robbing their store (I need my space, please!), and the one that I found most pestiferous was the older, light-skinned female Indian employee who sarcastically laughed at my inquiry if they were selling bigger gold pendants (the ones on display were small pendants, most likely for babies, I'm sorry). I am a grown lady of 32, I don't need baby pendants! Duh! That older employee even spoke in her native language to the cashier, mocking my innocent, simple question, after which the cashier joined in their ridiculous chorus of laughter. I have outstanding common sense and I know when people are talking about me, regardless if they do not speak in English. Smart and observing people could detect that in an instant. At any rate, I remained ladylike and kept my cool the entire time I was at that pathetic store. Too bad I was really ready to splurge on some of their stuff that day, but then again I'd only shove up my cash in the mouth of the pig with the biggest smile. My advice to the employees: Don't let the souring economy get to your faces. Be friendly and helpful, and...SMILE!

I found the same item for a cheaper price in different store. The price was $400:00 in PNG on el camino and maria. The same item was around $295:00 in couple of stores I checked. Thank god I know what to look for when I look for the Jewelery.
So be careful when you buy from PNG.

I loved the Temple jewelery collection that was released for the Diwali season. They even offered 20% off and more discount as I have purchased 3 necklaces. I have checked all the prices in all the Jewelery Stores in Sunnyvale and San Jose but I found these more reasonable..I have saved almost $1200 in total.. Great Purchase for Diwali. Even the Gold coins were given a Good deal.Must go place!!!

The staff in this store are a complete disaster. They are absolute idiots. Do not know how to behave with customers. NO TRAINING!!!!! Confused. Never go to this shop and yeah Same applies in INDIA. Local jewellers are much much better.
