Morellos told the court that "a few days after the shooting he spoke with Rabah and Rabah told him that he originally produced the gun and cocked it, but decided not to shoot. After he decided not to shoot, Webber grabbed the gun and began firing", this is according to morellos and is the only evidence in this flimsy case. How can we believe Morellos this is Hearsay and is not enough evidence to take away someone’s freedom? Morellos had allot of charges against him so he decided to wipe his shit on Rabah. Morellos hid the murder suspect and the pistol belonged to him. Webber made a bad decision and must face the consequence of his actions. The victim was acting in a treating manner and must have intimidated Webber, but he did not deserve to lose his life. The worst snitches are the ones who innovate lies to save themselves. My sympathy goes to the Families of ALL who are involved with this case.

Everyone in the car where the shooting emanated from were individually and collectively perpetrators to this crime and they got caught up in group think to reinforce the deed instead of using peer pressure to deescalate a potential crime. This dastardly and cowardly deed requires a substantial loss of freedom and a lot of time in prison! I hope they have family to left when they are released -- few if any employers will want to trust them, so throwing the keys away might not be a bad idea since they hold life as valueless just to get their "rocks off" for peer approval.

[Doing Something]

Doing nothing is not intervention when something is about to happen and you can maybe make a difference. In that case, you're probably an accessory. Then again why hang around people who should not have a loaded firearm in a car or secreted on their person?

That may be what this is going to come down to, doing nothing, and an expensive price to pay if you are not cooperative when again you could have done something. The lost of your freedom and imprisonment and the lost of life is a terrible price to pay or atone for because you did nothing.
