First of all it's "AIDS" note "aides" and you're off the mark. Globally, HIV is spread primarily via non-gay sex. Being gay isn't a lifestyle like being a bon vivant...it's simply who we are. The Constitution protects the rights of the people. It is not to be used to deny a portion of the population the rights enjoyed by the majority.

The term "marriage" needs to be defined by law to protect the rights of all citizens, not to promote a religious concept that has no basis in fact.

Until the evidence is overwhelming that the bible was written by god(?) it remains nothing more than a book of fables. Sos the question is: Why should mankind operate its society according to erroneous, illogical precepts?
