***Our system of government seems to allow public officials to make promises to voters - in order to get elected, then do whatever they want once in office. Often the same officials make dramatic changes to our cities, against the best interests of voters, and without voter recourse.***We STRONGLY AGREE that County Supervisors should have the authority to investigate and "punish" (this needs to be defined carefully), public officials who act outside of the law, and against the rights of the people.
