What right does the judge have to keep Mr. DuBois from talking? Google up Judge Goodman and the stories about his daughter's basketball coach. Also Google up Alameda County judges and find out these orders are issued much more commonly here. The First Amendment to the Constitution does not say anything about an exception for gag orders, does it? This is despicable on the part of an egotistical judge.

Well, the reason is simple, there is no justice in court room and judge doesnt want anyone to know or talk about it.
If court cases where recorded on a tape to anyone to see it, there maybe everyone could see simply , that there is no justice in american courts.
Judges laugh at You if You dont have an attorney or filed for delay or had an appeal and court clerk said , that You dont have to show up even, because extention will be granted.
Judges will laugh at You especially when You are contesting a city or any city department and they will be so obviously corrupt, because they feel untouchable. No one can hear what happened in court room. No one.

I think goverment officials feel untouchable and attorneys are afraid to confront the judges in front of whom they have to argue cases on daily basis......

this is total corruption and it happens everywhere on daily basis, so corruptions continues as normal..

just go to any offices of Berekeley City offices and One can see how everybody is so busy ....taking about private stuff....
they dont have time to deal with citizens...
go to Berkeley Rent Board and see what they do up there...
nothing..
just waisting time..
