Mesa Air looks for shareholders' OK to offer more shares

Mesa Air Group Inc. hopes shareholders will soothe its financial troubles this week by allowing the airline to issue millions of new shares valued at nearly twice the company's current market capitalization.

The Undertaker Speaks: Remkember ERON! This is on a smaller scale but if you follow what Ornstein, Lotz and their insider cronies have done it's the same scenario. Go to www.secform4.com . See the paltry purchase of Mesa stock that Ornstein and Lotz made in January and February of this year; to make it look like they were trying to help Mesa. Now, go back through time and you will see where they were given (Option Awards) of stock in lieu of cash bonuses. They dutifully cashed them in for huge profits.
In the end Ornstein,Lotz and Others(Ferveda) made a fortune. Ornstein and Lotz millionaires.
Mesa will go down. The rest of you will have no job and no pention. The Grim Reaper will come for the aforementioned; the Undertaker will do the rest. Undertaker
