Judge it!
Stop the Orwellian nonsense: adopting is free; charging a fee is buying.
I suggest that all officials that cop to Orwellian speak have their employment immediately terminated and shown the exit door.

In our politically correct society, words matter greatly. Phrases people used just 10 years ago are now inappropriate, and acceptable terms seem to change yearly.

I disagree. The fee is for services (vet check, shots, microchip). That's not buying.
