Idiot...where in my post do you see where I waste or am a water usage hog? I said.....I am not going to cut back any further until the county takes appropriate measures so THEY will not waste water. My water bill rarely exceeds $100mo....and that's WITH a swimming pool that has to be topped off regularly due to evaporation.
Your assumptions are the same as if I would say...since you live in Pittsburg, you must be on the dole, and therefore, why should my taxes go to supporting your sorry ass?
