UC deal with Saudi Arabia raises discrimination worries

UC-Berkeley is negotiating a secretive deal with a developing graduate university in Saudi Arabia, where Berkeley faculty will collaborate on research and help the school hire professors.

if you transfer as a sophomore,,they will still look on your HS gpa,,but if you transfer as a junior or after you got your AS/AA,,they will only look at your comm college transcript.. there's no real right answer for which one is easier,,it depends on you and what univs. that you want..there're alot of people become much better after in college with horrible HS gpa,,and get in to great 4yrs univs in the end.
