Although cities are filling the streets with Wi-Fi, users may not be able to access the municipal network from within all buildings in the coverage. Therefore businesses (cafes, coffee shops, hotels, etc) in these cities should still install and offer wireless internet access via their own Wi-Fi hotspots which I explain in my book, Wi-Fi Hotspots: Setting Up Public Wireless Internet Access.
