DECLARE EVERY MONTH BEAR MONTH AND SPEND EVERY WAKING HOUR EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ON THIS MENACE WHICH PLAGUES US AND SHORTENS SO MANY LIVES?
OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACTUALLY REFOCUS ON THINGS THAT MATTER INSTEAD OF HAVING A BUNCH OF HARRIDANS PARADE OUR TOWN ADMINISTRATION AROUND BY THE NOSE?
