I contaced this man Bill Bechtell, of the Montara Dog Group, in May 2012, in regards to my stolen wolf hybrid Jupiter our family dog of 10 1/2 years, whom I had, since 2000 as a Puppy. Making her 12 at the time I was looking for her. I had heard she was possibly in the Montara area. As you will read in the letter below he assures me he'd never seen her before.

" Dear Elisa Baker,

I'm sorry that you do not trust me. If you look at my website http://www.mo ntaradogs.c..., at the gallery, you will see every dog and owner that I have documented on the trails in Montara. Is your dog in the gallery?

The purpose of my website is to encourage responsible dog protocol on the surrounding trails. I have not responded to your e-mails because I get so many from other people wanting me to expand my purpose. I do not have the time to do more than I am doing. I have put up six garbage cans for poop in the nearby hills, I supply them all with poop bags daily, and empty the cans. I do all this on my own time and with my meager pension.

I know it is heart wrenching to be without the dog you love. I sincerely hope you are reunited.

Sincerely,
Bill Bechtell "

* In October 2013 during a depostion with the attornies representing the man who essentially had possession of my dog Jupiter, without my concent, refusing to return her to me. Mr. Bechtell's, email corrispondence with me was used by the defense in the most of awkward of ways. Thus proving Mr. Bill Bechtell, of the Montara Dog Group, had lied to me willingly, while knowing the entire time where Jupiter, was.

* During the Trial against both Rachel and the man who had been given my dog Jupiter, by Rachel Porter, of Paws in the Fog. Formerly of both Bone-a-fide dog walking and Tails of the City. It was revealed that indeed both Mr. Bechtell, and Jupiter's, withholder not only knew each other well. But infact Mr. Bechtell, had forwarded my email corresspondce with him to the man. Because it would be months later that I would indeed find Jupiter with Bill Bechtell's neighbor Ashley Gray, just 3 blocks away from Mr. Bechtell himself and it would take some months later to file the law suite against both Bill's neighbor Ashley Gray and Porter. It was determind by the Judge, that while Rachel Porter, had NO Right to give my family dog of 10 1/2 years away to Ashley Gray. I, by filing my lawsuit late,? had unbenounced to myself involuntarity waived my rights to Jupiter. Even though I filed within 13 months of 3 years statute. Keep in mind it took me nine months to find Jupiter from the time I called Rachel, in Oct 2011, informing her I was coming to pick Jupiter up.

I am truely heartbroken. Completely horrified that Bill Bechtell, Rachel Porter, and Ashley Gray, would willingly inflict mental and emotional harm on myself, my family and my family dog of 10 1/2 years. It is beyond " heart wrenching" that these people stole my family dog and got away with it. So Beware of these people.

We Love you Jupiter, we miss you so much and we are so sorry we ever trusted Rachel. We are truely devestated.

Had Mr. Bechtell, done the right thing in May, of 2012. Reuniting me with my dog Jupiter, I would not be writing this review today about the Montara Dog Group,(who I saught help from) or his unethical behavior towards myself and my dog. Moreover had Rachel Porter, of Paws in the Fog, not unethically given my family dog Jupiter of 10 1/2 years away to her husbans best friend Ashley Gray. I would not be writing this review or the review of her company Paws in the Fog.
