trust me: if I were the seated judge , I would find in their favor and award them the total of $1.00 and as for GOD make it a c-note , problem is how to collect

While suing God is ludicrous, don't believe the hype on the alleged increase in 'frivolous' lawsuits.
Torte reform is a spearhead movement which if successful will curb your ability to seek reasonable recompense through our legal system against folks, governments, and companies who may have wronged you.

I know this is an arguable topic, and I really don't want to bore you with tons of details here, but info both pro and con is out there and easily accessible...

the attorneys didn't win , the jury was OJ's ace, "make that KING in the hole"

there is so much evidence there: to convict OJ twice , and that would be throwing out all the evidence in doubt

Never would have worked anyway.

Can you think of a jury that doesn't know the defendant?

Unless they held the case in Iran.

That's what happens when a jury knows the police lied and mishandled evidence - reasonable doubt about the evidence not known to be tainted by the police, since it could well have been tainted by the police.

The police have only themselves to blame. The prosecution was merely lackluster, not incompetent. It was the cops' fault.

even if one takes out all the questionable evidence there still was more than enough ...

the judge is really a joke here : "ITO" he let the defense run the trial... the DA's office was a laugh, a change of venue was in order , but egos got in the way

and the television what a farce never never should have been in the court room

Does he REALLY want God to answer? After all He controls the air you breathe, each second you live, your health, the weather -(rain, wind, lightning, hail, tornadoes, etc), the insects, EVERYTHING. And most of all He is your final judge. I don't think its a good idea to cross Him - on purpose.

Reckon we all learned something from this dark moment:
Apparently what you got is how high a level of incompetence one can see, at least in LA, by law enforcement and prosecution.
And I got that if you've 10 million dollars to spend on a dream team defense, you're gonna get a not guilty or hung jury verdict.
I'd speculate we're both right.
(Though as an aside, I think OJ was appropriately convicted by the public and was essentially cast out...)
