TOO NOISY !! I don't care what anyone else does, but JUST DON'T BOTHER ME WITH YOUR NOISE !! I do actually ride my bicycle very often, including on Lake Shirley where I live. Bicycles are QUIET, NON-POLLUTING, and do not cause damage when driven off-road.

People walking in the woods and throwing their trash causes damage. Spray painting and nailing things to trees causes damage, so why not just ban everything.

I DO agree that they are very noisy and I do not find it necessary to drive one of those damn things at all hours of the night when people have to get up for work in the morning. They should be noise tested just like any other vehicle.

This group recently cleared the trails in the Cowdry Conservation Forest off of Mulpus Road in Lunenburg. They not only clear the snow mobile trails but the walking trails that they are not allowed on. I greatly appreciate this because I walk those trails almost daily with my dog and we have had to climb over trees and brush since the December 11th ice storm last year. So when Tom says he works with the Conservation Committee, they actually go above and beyond that as it seems the CC does not have the resources to clear the trails.

Thanks Tom!!

Don't get caught on these trails with a 4-wheeler because they do more damage.L.O.L

For the record, the club has strict rules for hours we're out and about - 10pm curfew. Unfortunately, we can't make everyone join, and can't keep non club members off the trails.

Like an Iroquois Indian once said when offered a horse. Why do I need a horse when I have my feet?
Actually peace out, I like snowmobiles. Our open space is so under utilized its good to see people getting recreation out of it and keeping the trails open.

Understandably so, but all it takes is a couple of losers not following the rules to create a bad impression on most.

Correction, a couple of losers, not in your club creating a bad image for the responsible ones that are following the rules and respecting others.
