..and we're only how much in debt...6 Billion isn't it?....so we're gonna build a park?

We seem to have parks every 5 miles.

I hope the new Legislature has more sense than the last one.

They wouldn't need all those so called amenities if they're trying to attract young people. Several cellphone towers, numerous water and softdrink machines, and recharging machines every couple blocks for various hand held devices would do it.

we can never have too much parkland and public places, to those who feel over taxed and oppressed, please leave. The Tea Party shuffle is getting old, you are the same folks who complain about bad schools and unsafe streets but don't want to pay for teachers and police, go away please. Great for MN and the new state park! Many happy returns and repeat performances.

I consider myself aligned with the Tea Party but I am all in favor of aquiring more public space. I would much rather have my tax money spent on this than on proping up govt employees and ineffective teachers/schools. The only thing I would change about the park plan is to take snowmobiling off the list. It is noisy, destructive, and a huge waste of gas
