Given that the only "facts" we readers have to go on is this article and the VSP press release, it seems to me that the VSP would have filed charges already had anyone underage been drinking. They did not, which leads me to believe that the 21-year-old is the only one that had been imbibing. There is no reason, only assumptions by some that accuse all of being under the influence.
While Real Vermonter and other sit on their "brains" preaching, this beautiful young woman was out living life. I hope she was living it to the fullest. I hope she enjoyed life to the fullest. I'd rather die her death than sit in front of my computer being the 1st judgemental loser to chime in on every story. You folks have no life. Jess lost hers taking every measure from life.
This has got to be the best response I have ever heard. You are so right. That is exactly what this is all about. Someone enjoying life and no ripping apart someone elses.

I find this comment somewhat comical... How could you actually
divulge your true identity when the doctors are still baffled
about what the hell you really are???? Doi Di Doi Di Doi!!!!

Glad you have it all figured out! Didn't you already say that? Thanks for making the subject of this about me instead of it's intended subject "Woman hit by snowmobile, dies Passenger fell off back of machin..." and you call me the problem!

It's one thing to ask questions real vermonter (I know I am refering to older posts)but it is a completly different thing to make assumptions based on parts of information that may not even be fully true. This incident was a complete freak accident, despite what the papers say about it being a trail, it was a field, there was two snowmobiles, heavy winds and snow, yes one was drinking, and from what the article says, no one underage was drinking, so that proves richard to be sober, yes, clinton was drinking, but that does not mean he was overly drunk. As far as speed goes, richard was going 20 mph fyi, they were not screwing around hitting jumps or anything, and there is so much behind the scene stuff that you do not know about, like what richard did to try to save her life, or what these poor kids had to witness, mabey someday, you will all understand just a little better. No one is to blame, it was a freak accident consisting of everyone being at the wrong place at the wrong time. So before any of you just go off making assumptions and be quick to put the blame on someone, find out the big and little details first....R.I.P. JEB P.S. Why can't you guys be mature and not whine about who is respecting who, you should all have just a little respect for the people involved in this incident instead of complaing about irrelivant things that have absolutley nothing to do with this article

Just a little advice real vermonter, (deny it if you so please)I believe that you can say whatever you want about a political story or somthing along those lines, but when its a story like this one, many would really appriciate for you to just keep your oppinion to yourself, especially if you dont know all the facts. I ask you this because ive seen the faces of her friends and families, and to come online to read these posts of arguing when no one knows the facts but they still put blame on someone is angering..and im not just aiming this statement at you real vermonter, its to everyone who judges people involved if they dont know the people involved or what really happened. i know that you may not follow my request, but please, at least highly consider it, even though im just a 16 year old boy, it doesnt mean that im not mature enough to realize this

there is no need for you to get defensive and say that you know about the cpr or a few other things, why cant you just let somebody say somthing without you having to try to defy their statement, i dont care if what someone says to you is disrespectful, why cant you be the one to be mature enough to just stop arguing, after reading through all the posts, at first some of the posts are resonable, but then they just get childish with name calling and such

For starters it takes two to argue and as far as I know I'm not arguing with anyone! Defensive? I thanked you for your sane post! Where do you get defensive from that? Keep my opinion to myself? Figures as much coming from someone who says that are a 16 year old boy! You want to have your say 3 post in a row but you don't want anyone else to have their say or disagree with you! You my young man have a lot more to learn in life! Remember this day 10, 20 and 30 years from not and see if you see it in a different light! Been there, done that!

AMB, Your post is very reasonable and respectful. It was very polite and very well written. None of that is lost by the fact that you are only 16. You sound very wise for your age. Trying to reason or garner any kind of sympathy or respect from some old jerk who sits on top of his/her perch and judges everyone else is pointless. RV has no heart. My heart goes out to the family and friends of everyone involved in this trajic "accident". I can't imagine what you are all going thru. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

What a stupid and cold hearted thing to say you moron. you do not know these people and you have no clue as to what happened that night. get your facts straight before you open your mouth. rest in peace Jess
Ahhh yes one can only assume, making an ass out of ones self....
Yet on the other hand one can make a formable opinion!
Sad and preventable!
To the younger generation i hope this will be a lesson learned, yet sad enough so many will still continue to die from negligence from their own part and by others.
We will never be unburdened by the loss of lives.

yes deffensive (instead of just leaving it at thank you for your sane post, you had to have your last word about it, you always do, about everything ive seen so far), everytime someone makes a comment to you, or even just a simple comment about the story, you always try to defy their statement, i havent seen u make a post that is even semi-sympathetic, even a halfway decent hearted person would show even a little respect for the family...if you had any respect for anyone but yourself, you would have stopped being rude to everyone that leaves a comment and just let things be, but no, you always have to have the last word dont you? I've tried to be polite to you despite everything that ive read from the comments you leave, between the accusations and your attitude toward this tragic story, but at this point i believe i've lost all respect for you, you've shown me no signs of any respect for her family and friends. You really need to grow up a little bit...i'd say its pretty sad that a 16 year old is being far more mature than you are about this whole thing.
