Great job in locating the culprits in this vial incident. It is not surprising to learn that at least one involved has a history of battery and prision time. Hopefully, the courts will follow through and impose the maximum sentences. No alcohol involved makes this incident even more disgusting; truly disturbed people.

Thankfully, this took place in Wisconsin, rather than "catch and release," Minnesota. I think they may have judges there with the gonads to see to it that they do every day of the 31/2 years, and get fined the full $10,000. In addition, they should all recieve psychiatric help. These three are SICK.

Throw em in jail or turn them over to the peace loving PETAs. Good job law enforcement for making this right

This is truly sickening! How could anyone hurt something so defenseless! Good job law enforcement! Hopefully the courts will throw the book at them. I just can't take it when they sentence a person like that to a suspended sentence. Please, please, please throw the book at these people, give out the full fine and and add in community service to boot!

If this happened in Minnesota, together with the ducks being run over by snowmobilers, and the number of snowmobile fatalities you know what would be happening. There would bs scores of people contacting their legislators to ban snowmobiles.

all 3 of these losers have very lengthy records with the wisconsin courts!
www.wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl

with all of that on their records, there is no way they should get any leniency whatsoever (hopefully). these individuals are obviously a menace to society.

great job in finding these low-lifes, now throw the book at them, please!

This made me physically ill - someone should take those three sick, twisted, psychotic individuals [can't call them men because obviously they aren't] and tie them to a tree, or run them over with a snowmobile. Hurting innocent animals is just disgusting and they should be locked up for the rest of their lives or, better yet, given the same exact treatment the deer received.

I hope these idiots are given the maximum penalty, also the girlfriend should be charged with being involved with this horrible crime. I am a snowmobiler and I think that the Waupca area snowmobile trails should be shut down for three weeks. This should upset the area snowmobilers and area businesses to the point that when these individuals are out running around town after they post bail they may some how incure some trouble, maybe they can be rounded up with cars and get run over, this would be justice to these complete idiots. I believe in the old western days of punishment. An eye for an eye.

This is too rediculous. Who allowed these people out of the house? Who are their parents and what happened to teaching your children? Give em the max lawmen. God help us.

These 3 should be locked up and throw away the key. You can't rehabilitate idiots like this.

This is the result of the complete breakdown of civility and societal norms. This can be traced to poor parenting, Dr Spock books and bleeding heart nonsense.

Parents should be parents, not friends. Too often parents think they can blend the two. It is impossible. It is possible for parents and children with the proper amount of respect to enjoy each others company, but a parent should always be first and foremost the Parent!

Dr Spock and the BH nonsense for elevating children from extra farmhands to special gifts to be dotted upon. This has replaced a child's duty to honor and respect their parents with a sense of entitlement and derision of their parents.

When I was growing up, respect or even a healthy fear of one's Father/Mother was not uncommon nor was it something one was teased about. Now both are seldom admitted to or acknowledge by children for fear of being teased by their peers.

My behavior even long after I left home was moderated for fear of embarrassing my family and specifically my parents.

These kids have no respect for anyone, least of all themselves.

What if those dudes were that helpless and someone did that to them? Is it all the cheese that plugs up the blood to their brain or is there no brain there to start with?

As a sentence why dont we tie them up to tree and let them strangle themselves. After that we can run them down with trucks instead of snowmobiles.
