This is a criminal in pocesssion of a firearm. This is a federal offense why is it not being prosecuted as such.

What if you legally own a gun, go to a liscensed gun range, and then shoot at a target of a cop or some other person, is that a crime?
Most target shooting places sell targets of Bin Laden to shoot at.

No, it's not. The Morning Call simply likes to sensationalize things.

Where in the article does it say it is a crime, so how does the Mcall sensationalize it?
Maybe they should all be targets of blacks and Puerto Ricans? Would that matter?

Lighten up, Francis.

Youre correct. Nowhere in the article is it mentioned that it's a crime. So why bother putting it in the headline? Sensationalism. That's why. An article about a man being arrested for firearms violations isn't as sexy as a headline they posted here. So, you see, I'm not wrong.

You got that right. I would have skipped right by if not for the heading.

It goes to show you the apple does not fall far from the tree!!

How did a convicted felon obtain a weapon? There needs to be more investigation into this.

Sensationalism at its worst. There is a huge difference between a photo and the printed drawing that is used on targets.
But, I guess accurate reporting doesn't sell papers.

Ahh, the crooks will own the guns, when and if the decent folks loose their gun rights! Duh!
