The PD and FD are filled with mental morons with a limited educated, and even less common sense.

In a way you have to feel sorry for them, if not for the government workfare which the City of Vallejo provides, they would be on food stamps and section 8 housing.

Very true, in fact 75-80% of ALL arrests/detainments are NOT prosecuted.

Sparky is just trying to collect that big fat unearned paycheck because he knows when his public workfare program ends he will be at the local Wal Mart greeting people.
BOOM!
You must be including charges that are eventually dismissed in exchange for a plea deal, a very common way for the DA to deal with the heavy court case load. That doesnt mean the suspect was innocent of the charges fool.

If Im wrong queenie, quote your sources. You wont though, just say "another PD meltdown BOOM"

Your mom wants to know when your going to go look for a job and get off the computer. She also wants you to pay some rent.

This is why you have the brain power of a rock. You are a cop and yopu don't know ANYTHING about how the court systems in this state works!

OK Baney Fife, I need you to pay attention here, and try to work past your 5th grade educational level.

A "plea deal" is a "conviction", it is NOT A DISMISSED CHARGE, it is a "COVICTION".

What did I say??? I SAID that 75-80% of ALL arrests/detentions DO NOT lead to convictions-of any kind.

Now Mr. Rock Brain Power, what part of that do you NOT undertstand???? Charges are NOT filed in 75% of ALL ARRESS/DETENTIONS.
