I have a great solution to this on going problem. Keep these damn violent parasites on their own side of the border and stop throwing rocks and other objects at U.S. Border Agents. Throwing rocks at people with guns is not a real bright idea, but consider the source. He got what he deserved! Pass on the lesson to the others, this is not the first incident of this kind!

It figures. I wonder how much the corrupt Mexican government plans on getting in exchange for providing the lawyers should they win? 75% or more?

This case will get tossed out.

Agreed, DonMan, if they'd keep their citizens in check and keep them from attacking our Border Patrol, they wouldn't get shot.

This is horseshit, especially now that Calderon is trying to blame the US for the casino massacre in Mexico. I think this man is just motivated by $$$ signs and will be making sure more people or the Mexican government file more frivolous law suits.

PS: Is that moronic troll still following your comments around voting them all in her idiotic manner? Your troll has too much time on her hands. ;-) So funny that your presence sets this f-tard off.

Let the Mexicans do whatever they want. Filing a suit is one thing, winning it another thing entirely. And when/if some lowlife pondscum dirtbag POS attorney in the US takes up their case and their side, that atty should be tarred and feathered and charged with treason.

They won't win unless Obama interferes again in calling in favors with the judges deciding the matter. Everyone should be concerned about Obama's meddling in so many cases before the courts. I know it doesn't sit well with me.

I'm so sick of Mexico. I really don't think there is a country on the face of this earth I have less respect for.

Their leaders encourage their people to come here illegally.

They encourage the children of their country to break laws.

They condone drug sales.

They are so corrupt.

They allow drug cartels to murder their people.

In response the people of Mexico obey and cheer on these idiot leaders. Geez.

Then they wonder why no country in the world respects them?

Then when all else fails, they blame the USA. What a bunch of idiots.

It is disgusting that the Mexican government and Presidente Calderon would go to that extent of hiring a US law firm to represent this family.

Why don't we hear Presidente Calderon saying a word about the actions of his citizens and their rockings of US Border Patrol Agents? Mexicans have made a sport out of attacking BP.

Maybe the US needs to file suit for each such incident of Mexicans attacking USBP.

Hey you! Well naturally we can't control what Mexico does; however, it's costing the US taxpayers money every time the US has to defend itself from frivolous lawsuits. We can see the lawsuits are without merit, but the ambulance chasing lawyers that take on these cases are just looking at what the potential payoff is. I agree too, they need to be tarred & feathered. ;0)
