After speaking with lawyers we cannot confirm nor deny the upcoming television series featuring Northern California altitude diving, nor it's coincidental connection with Dale Dedic. The Discovery Channel Pilot episode will NOT be aired as previously scheduled. The Discovery Channel had not finalized any contractual obligation with Dedic's team. Please refrain from speculation as we are conducting an extensive investigation of the incident.
