It's all going to happen naturally. Too much time is lost to rest stations during the race anyway. Plan as much as you can. Go before the gun. Otherwise, go on the run. This is no joke. The best runners do this and the worst learn by necessity. I have seen park runners, men and women, just squat on the road.
