<quoted text>I could give a rats behind about background checks Harry. The fact that this country supports daily executions of innocent people is the problem.
How true, in 2011 there were 9878 drunk driving fatalities. That equates to just over 27 people killed every day. Better than one death per hour for every hour of the entire year. I blame those car and booze cowboys :)
Talk about innocent people being executed

In 2010, there were on average 105 suicides per day in the US. We should outlaw suicide and and make a law saying that those committing this heinous act should be put in jail!

(Hey, it makes as much sense as the crap that sez espouses!)

Sorry I tried that arguement and sez says that is apples to oranges. Those innocent lives don't count

And how do a lot of people off themselves, with a gun. King Willy of Greene shot his dumb self. What the heck does suicide have to with gun rights? Less guns less crime, period. The issue of suicide is just another vague attempt to deflect the issue of too darn many guns in this country, period.

What's the proper number of guns?

Then explain why the murder rate in Mexico is three times higher than the US murder rate.
Mexicans have not been able to own guns since the 1960s. I will concede that the Fast and Furious program from this administration killed some

Hoplophiliac sez just wants to mask their own unnatural love of guns.

Meanwhile, there aren't enough of them out there in the hands of law abiding citizens, or this:

Right, ask the guy who just got robbed and shot what he thinks about guns. A gun that at one time was purchased properly I'm sure. One good thing, these thugs can't go anywhere to practice with a handgun.

Ask the more than 100,000 people a year who protect themselves and family from robbery or personal harm by legally owning a gun, what they think about guns. It is immoral to disarm people who want to protect themselves and take personal responsibility for that.
BTW, you never answered my question, what is the "proper" number of guns in our country?
