Runner Charlie Engle Arrested In Mortgage Scheme
#1 May 22, 2010
It burns me when investors in 2nd home/properties give their asset "back to the bank" especially if they take out a 2nd mortgage to keep for themselves. The bank holds the loss and it is passed on to the public. I can sympathize with first home foreclosures to an extent. When a person buys a stock as an investment---when it goes down---they can`t give it back. Why any different in Real Estate.
