I think it holds true that when you have a 30min interval on a treadmill, your endurance strengthens because you have enough time to catch your breath and start again..i use the treadmill twice daily and I am very happy with the results..i make it a point to have the experts check my treadmill every once in a while to check if its still assembled correctly..this company helps me with it: http://www.americandirectlogistics.com/treadm... .
