At least this moron killed one of his own relatives. It is hardly an accident when someone is firing a gun with no clear target. I live in northern Arizona and we are deluged with wanabe outdoorsman from Phoenix popping off rounds. I own 30 guns and have never had an accident. At least it wasn't an innocent hiker. Dumb asshole.
