Still in our thoughts since seeing case on TV. Aaron Feddon says what a lot of rational people must think. And why has the family home not been properly searched? Hope his mother is managing to bear up still.....

<quoted text> wow what a narrow minded view of the facts of the situation. In stead of blindly defending a mother for doing "what any mother should do" and not taking I to acounts "what any wife should do" and wait longer than 20 days to file for a life insurance claim when your still receiving payments from his job for over a year. Or what any "friend" should do" and that is definitely not to get with your late vest friends wife. If they are presented the same evidence as everyone else why were they the only ones to give up so quickly. I seriously doubt when Mike's daughter is old enough to look at the facts herself she will be so quick to give up as her mother and stepfather were. She may be the one to make the connection between the two and the life insurance policy they've lived so comfortable on. Open your mind not turn mouth and just blindly defend a mother without even looking at the facts. Grow up you sheep

Cheryl williams,
You are 100% correct.im from nz and just watched it on tv,there is definitly no way this is an accident!it is clear they did no fingerprinting of the wheel of the car etc that is crucial! Those clothes were definitly planted to make it "look like" he was under the water,i mean its not bloody rocket sience! Did they
say they found a lighter in the pocket of his jacket? If so did they keep that as evidence and did they actually test that lighter the day after? Lighters will reignite after drying out if not an overload of water for a long period of time,i mean i just dont understand how this is not being followed in a big way,it ceases to amaze me the facts are clear that exwife and so called best friend should be in jail its obvious it was them.
All i can say from here in nz is,never give up,your instincts are right on the money!

OMG....how much more obvious can it be? The wife and the best friend. I can't believe law enforcement is not pursuing this harder.

I just saw the story ran today on investigation discovery im so upset on the results. Williams family is an example of a hardworking decent family. I may have to agree with the last poster tall...(forgot the rest) as an insurance agent myself I know for fact you can't cash a policy you recently bought in NY you can't cash on suicide within 2 years.
Let's take a look at some facts, Mike former boss says Mike told him he had problems in his marriage, Mike boss is a key person in the case seen from my angle. Let's see, wife was the first to report him missing the guy left in the morning is midday and she is "worried" I understand Mike was a successful real estate agent he required a lot of coverage. He had two large policies and "his friend" sell him a 1.5 million policy, wife decide to start process to collect life insurance money before the search ended, hold memorial for husband, make motion to report him dead. Oh I forgot, items start to appear in the lake, gets mad at the in law for pursuing a criminal case. Maybe she was afraid they would find something. Mike's friend simply wrote a check to himself for 1.5 millions betting mike was gonna die. He and his father and the wife have a lot to do. If Mike boss speaks breaking the promise of not talking about it, these two will find themselves in trouble in fact if I was a judge I would look for them lock them up til the start talking
Anyone with an ounce of common sense can seet that there's a possibility of foul play and the fact that it's not being pursued as a criminal case is an injustice in itself. The person that left the comments above mine has outlined a very persuasive argument for charges to be brought against a certain couple.......?

Instead of wasting your sympathy about what you cannot control, there are real and tangible ways people can help cheryl williams, who is aging and has some very real issues she could use help with. For example, she needs a smooth walkway constructed in her backyard and night lights so she doesn't trip and fall. She needs a professional fence built to keep her pets safe. She will not be able to work forever; she needs a lifetime supply of catfood and kitty litter. She needs help with her yard. She needs guarantees about the safety of her pets when she can no longer care for them. If we cant see justice done regarding Mike, could we as a community at least help her in REAL ways?

"Pray for the dead and fight like hell for the living." Let's fight for enabling a safe, secure, long life Cheryl and her pets!

I just watched the story of Mike Williams on Disappeared. It's a shame the wife and best friend were not investigated early on, I believe they got away with the perfect crime. I'm sure Mike's mother knows in her heart what truly happened and is really wanting justice served. This may never happen due to the time delay. I always feel people who get away with horrid acts like this will eventually suffer the consequences in some other way.

im from watching this story and I believe that the chance they had to figure out what happened was lost. Its very clear that he's dead so the best thing that William's mother should do is move on. Whoever did this will learn their lesson one day. Lets leave it all to God.
